It's Five Nights at Freddy's (2023) but actually good. I dunno, not much to really say here!

Fun fact, there's a common myth that this movie was originally a FNAF script. This is untrue! It was probably inspired to some extent, but it is not the product of a serial-filing name change.

Which makes sense, because the movie has very little in common with FNAF beyond it involving animatronics. Here we get Nic Cage playing possibly one of my favorite roles - one where he doesn't say a word. It turns out you don't need Cage to do one of his patented freak outs to make for a convincing performance! He does a great job being a walking force of nature - you very quickly realize nothing bad is going to happen to him, so you can just lean back and watch him go to work.
